At Regalia Cleaning, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item in a range of 10 days.
If you are not satisfied with our outcome, we will reach out to you to request further clarification about what went wrong with our cleaning. This way, we will gather the feedback and promptly set a date to address any issues on the part of our more experienced general manager with no extra cost. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely content with the final result. Customers have the option to report this within 24 hours after the cleaning has been completed
